1. Licencia de uso
Loleo te otorga una licencia personal, revocable, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la app en los dispositivos Apple que te pertenecen o controlas, de acuerdo con los Términos de Apple Media Services y el EULA estándar de Apple.
2. Contenido del Usuario y Derechos de Autor
Eres el único responsable de los documentos, libros y artículos que importas en Loleo. Garantizas que posees los derechos de propiedad intelectual necesarios o que el material se encuentra en el dominio público. Loleo es una herramienta de lectura: no proporciona ni verifica el contenido que importas. Las respuestas del tutor con IA pueden contener errores; comprueba la información importante.
3. Exención de Responsabilidad y Términos de Apple
Apple Inc. no forma parte de este acuerdo ni tiene obligación de prestar servicios de mantenimiento o soporte respecto a la app. En caso de fallas de conformidad con garantías aplicables, puedes notificarlo a Apple, que podrá reembolsar el precio de compra, si lo hubo, según las políticas de la App Store.
4. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

1. License Grant
Loleo grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard EULA.
2. User Content & Copyright Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the documents, books, and articles you import into Loleo. You warrant that you hold the necessary intellectual property rights or that the content is in the public domain or under fair use licenses. Loleo is a reading tool; it does not provide or verify the content you import. Answers from the AI tutor may contain mistakes, so check important information.
3. Apple Disclaimer & Store Terms
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, under App Store policies.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumer protection and software licensing, without regard to conflict of law principles. For support, use the support link on the App Store page.
